Hi Jon, the templates are very relevant, I have used Conditional Acceptance for ULEZ and parking and they seem to just go around the same old letter but nothing more, it would be wise to learn and understand the depths and meaning of the templates, they are very powerful and I cannot thank Danielle and Mark for their work. I don't want to say too much over social media but I have fought some big names with the basis of the templates including HMRC. This is a journey of learning and understanding, they will make sense the more you look at the mechanics and structure of the letters.
