In this period of pandemic and in general sense in this modern era, Law seem to be a very important tool to achieve many goals. Although, some other depends on economics and politics to achieve their aims. However, in whatever situations, when questions of right and wrong is raise, law becomes an overpowering tool where issues of specific interests are pursuit and or protected. My point about this discussion is about how people see or perceive about how Law is being used in this period of pandemic by their governments to fight against this invisible enemy and to protect their well-being. On many social media platforms, TVs etc many questions of law have been raised by many people all over the world and it kinds of linking them to give give their opinions about how they see or feel on certain decisions and actions taken by their governments. Within that impacts of pandemic and the questions of right and wrong, people links up by expression their opinions and have their say..In fact, this is democracy and we are free to raises questions of right and wrong.. but the fact is law links us up as long we share and believe in the same kind of laws and upheld them... linking all of through such as this site is powerful and link us to the very top decision making level.. and our voice can have a greater impact that we initially thought it would be.

Albert is a layman but have very great skills in interpreting law and I have a strong feeling that something good and positive is coming our way to the Common Law Ascent group.. therefore we have to be ready to embrace or open up to any opportunities that may require us to participate.. particularly want Common Law Ascent group stands for is greatly needed during this period of pandemic

a critical view indeed for democracy.. but to take a holistic view, Common Law principles particularly Magna Carta and Kilmur letter to Heath should be applied as they provide guiding sides of how a democractic government should operate ... like protecting the sovereign government and on the other hand defending the rights of citizens..
Heres a good article regarding the state of democracy
